Only vendors with good reviews (and enough of them in a year) get this award. Good reviews come from solid customer service, which to us is:
- FAST correspondence with email, texts, Facebook Messenger, and phone calls. In our “smart phone” world, we are all conditioned now to expect fast answers and that is what you get with Say Cheese.
- Knowledge – Patrick can answer your questions from the technical side of how a dye-sublimation printer works to where best to place your booth inside your venue. 10 years of experience and thousands of rentals (that’s “veteran” experience in photo booth terms)!
- Approach – Say Cheese will never be “gimmicky”, “salesy” or just downright pushy; not our style!
- Referrals – We don’t financially benefit from “kick backs”, so any referral for another vendor is vetted through time spent with that person and / or company. They’re a true, solid referral with our endorsement.
- At your event – Booths are delivered earlier in the day before your guests arrive. ALL of our attendants have been with Say Cheese now for a minimum 3 years. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!
- Local – Say Cheese is not a national company that “farms out” jobs to a local affiliate using Groupon or Google Adwords to advertise. Ask your venue about Say Cheese. We’re confident they will vouch for us!
