Say Cheese was privileged to take part in another “Signature Chef’s Auction” fundraiser for March of Dimes at the Hyatt Downtown. Special thanks to all the restaurants who provided their time and talent putting forth amazing dishes. Just imagine life without good food. We are blessed in America to have such an abundance of food, good food at that! Some of my personal favorites:
